**Need help filling the TF2Maps.net Server**

im wondering...in the 1st post admin privileges going to the top 3 in the server are mentioned...so...what is the timeframe for deciding that?
Or does it somehow just go automatically to the top 3 people?

On another note...ive finally managed to get the server full! I think it took 3 hours XD
