My "opinion" was stated at the top of page 1. Go ahead and read it, just because I didn't state it outright doesn't mean I didn't state it.
But you said it was a patch for Modern Warfare 2, fixed 9v9, etc. Right here:
Fixes 9v9 max, dedicated server, inability to ban/kick, dev console reattached, now works well with steam, I think it also has demo recording. Unofficial and FREE.

here.
Which isn't an opinion. It's just a link to insurgency, with you saying that it's a patch. Then you go on to say:
No, I think it's a patch. Besides, all the patches tend to be private and still in alpha/beta right now.
And damn, I'm making a statement of my opinion. Sue me.
Which isn't an opinion either. An opinion is:
Wikipedia said:
...a belief that cannot be proved with evidence. It is a subjective statement and may be the result of an emotion or an interpretation of facts; people may draw opposing opinions from the same facts.
You can prove and disprove the statements you've said, none of which were subjective, and they do not allow for the opposition of these statements. Subjectivity is defined as:
Wikipedia said:
Subjectivity refers to a person's perspective or opinion, particular feelings, beliefs, and desires. It is often used casually to refer to unsubstantiated personal opinions, in contrast to knowledge and fact-based beliefs.
Or in other words, information that is based on emotions and not facts. Your statements are objective, in that they seem to be based on facts. The first post in this thread is written as a changelog, a list of differences between a previous version of a product and a more recent version. Your statement is also based on fact, in that you identify the things missing from Modern Warfare 2. You do not state whether or not you have a negative, positive, or neutral position on the missing features.
In your second post, you state that you think Insurgency is a patch. It is not, and the statement is wrong, but is still not an opinion. An opinion can neither be right nor wrong (in terms of facts.) You also say that, "...all the patches tend to be private and still in alpha/beta right now." Again, wrong but also a statement rather than an opinion. You also say you're stating an opinion, which you are not.
