i have no idea how to explain THIS

it just ... doesnt work at all , and i've tried restarting my computer and the map , however it stays as this buggy mess , anything i can do to fix it?

Sort of hard to help with limited information. What model are you trying to use? What happens if you set it to TF instead of all models? Have you tried reinstalling hammer or Team Fortress? Verified the files through steam?
