Is there any easy way to copy the doors and switch 1 word, such as door_blue1 to door_red1? Or do I have to just manually change each door? Thanks.

I believe you have to do it manually. Such a shame.

No, hammer has a find and replace feature. I can't remember its shortcut though probably ctrl+shift+f.

The find and replace works for doors? O___O

I thought it was only for textures...

YM is a god among men. I thought you could only do it with textures.

Edit: I cordon'd my map and replaced red with blue, but it replaced the doors on the part of my map not visible... -_-

Guess I'll paste it into a blank map

Despite the feature, I prefer to change my doors the old fashioned way (make a new one) because I change things a lot for variation and will probably not use the same door twice.

I'm a big fan or copying or mirroring features in a map to save time, but I almost always do doors on each side individually, there's just too much room for error in copying for me to be comfortable. I find it less time consuming to do it manually once than doing it the quick way and having to compile it, check it, then fix it.

    Just my 10 cents.
