Model Merc Park Pipes with higher Lods full

pipe_1024_lod - An edited version of pipe_1024

I took the prop pipe_1024 from mercenarypark and changed it's lod from 50 to 200. This means that instead of changing from high detail to low detail at 50 pixels, it does it at 200 pixels. That's a good bit farther and makes the change less obvious.
