Another free update right before this Christmas. It includes the following new pieces:

-Fire Koopa clown car (get them by shaking regular koopa clown)
-Bumpers (get them by shaking grinders)
-P switch doors. In other words, doors that materialize if you hit a P-switch. (shake warp doors)

Other notes:
-Level code displays when you start someone else's level
-fastest times are now saved for other people's levels, even ones made before this patch
-new courses uploaded after this patch also display the first player to clear that course.
-Event courses are still being added
-"Add linkage with the Super Mario Maker Bookmark portal site that will allow a more detailed course search."
-"Users will no longer be able to use the words “Like”, “Yeah!”, and the “★” symbol in their course names. Please change the course name when saving a course that includes these words."

Apparently there's a 1.31 patch. Not much details on it atm.

As listed above, the levels are in difficulty order, with Pipe Dream being pretty difficult.
