Use crowbar to decompile, load it in 3ds max, and use the slice tool, I might do it later when I get home but I encourage you to learn how to do it yourself as it's a useful skill.

I tried doing the thing for you since it would take like five minutes, but for some reason MDLDecompiler crashes when I try to decompile that model. Strange. Have you considered just sinking the tank into the ground and compiling with -staticproplighting (so the model will be lit per-vertex, not just from the origin)?
