Looking for a tablet

I'm going to bump this a bit.

So I have figured to buy a tablet recently. I really can't decide if I should buy Bamboo Pen?
Anyone has this? Is the working area big enough to make sketches and draw something a bit more serious?

From what I've heard people who have them like them a lot and dont complain about the size of them that much.
