Mouse hole doubles on itself. You see the bottom of the mouse hole at the top of the square texture. It also seems a bit big.

One of those pole props thingies are solid.

Roof has a slight overhang, playerclip is in line with the building and not the roof itself. Pull it out 4 units or so.
Your fences need another 2 units of clip. I personally would make the playerclip go all the way to the ground and make the fences nonsolid.
Security fence lights are solid, although they don't prove effective in battle because of how open mid is.
Your doorframes have a small lip. Playerclip it so I can't jump on top of it.
