Item pickup brush

Really quick question:
What is the brush used by valve that they put under their health and ammo pickups?
(you know, the red/white patches)

Search for "patch" in the textures screen. You should find the patches used.

Then, make an overlay and place it on the surface that has the pickups. Not a brush.
