Is My Forum Account Linked To My SteamID?

To submit an item to the 72 Hour TF2 Jam, my steam ID must be linked to my forum account.

In my "external sites" tab, it says my Steam account is associated. Does this mean I am linked?


Please excuse such a simple question, but I wanted to make sure
