ah-HA! Got 'em! ...or at least, found them in items_game.txt. I'm pretty sure that these are correct, haven't tested most of them myself, but here goes:
tf_weapon_handgun_scout_primary = The Shortstop (CONFIRMED)
tf_weapon_jar_milk = Mad Milk
tf_weapon_bat_fish = Holy Mackerel
All of the other Polycount weapons should share the same entity name as their default counterparts. I know for sure that L'Etranger is tf_weapon_revolver.
