I accidentally pressed something that made boxes appear around everything

So I don't know what I pressed but It created a red box around everything in the map. like everything has its own red box around it and it's making it hard to see stuff. anyone know what it is and how to turn it off

I do that a lot. Just select an object on your map (a brush, an entity, whatever) and hit the "i" key. If that doesn't work, try some other nearby keys.
