htf_idk123 - hold the flag, random spawns

Hold the flag to win the round, similar to koth but the timer goes down by holding the intel rather than capturing a control point and holding it.
The spawns are random across the map, no spawnrooms.

- Layout changes and improvements
- Replaced the visualizers with grates
- Added 2 more spawn locations
- Ammo/health pickups moved/replaced
- Respawn triggers changes
- Improved displacements and clip brushes (less need to jump)
- Raised the skybox for easier rocket jumping from the roofs
- More stuff which i can't think of atm

The entire maze-like indoors area have been scrapped and remade from scratch, it is now much smaller, simpler and with better flow.

The overall map flow has been enhanced with new routes.

I fixed the spawner in the sewers that wrongly allowed players to spawn infront of enemies.

I've smoothed all displacements, removed the necessity to prop jump in the spawn behind that little building near mid.

Added 1 more small building and 1 more spawner.

Removed 2 trees on 3 from the play space, there's still 1 tree left but i have ideas on how to get rid of it in the next version, now it isn't super important.

Removed all the prop fences from mid and replaced them with actual geometry, mid now has another route too!

And more stuff that i can't remember at the moment
