Model Hot Wheels Launcher for Cart

Remember the old Hot Wheels launchers that had the two wheels that spun on either side and you had to feed the cars through them and they'd shoot out and go along the track? I need something similar to that but large enough to be able to feed a payload cart, through, and matching in the Team Fortress 2 style.

I also would like the launcher to have scribbled on it (similar to the regular payload cart,) "Leetle cart cannot push self!"
