Now a second bloodstain in the Free To Play thingy leads to this:

And you can equip the capacitor as a misc and if you high five with someone else with it you it shows a chat joke and it's something related to MD5 hashes.

Edit: Example of one "joke":
"Did you hear the story from 1481 where Madame Dixie, Rocket Jumper, Map Stamps, Tyrant's Helm, Sultan's Ceremonial, Prairie Heel Biters, Idiot Box, Tough Guy's Toque, Righteous Bison, Phlogistinator, and the Administrator walked into a bar?"

Looks like the items and the date appear randomly, just the "and the Administrator walked into a bar" is always the same.

Also someone had a theory on Facepunch that the Soldier's robot costume was a reference to TOBOR, which if true, would mean the last 3 Halloween updates have been leading to this

I think he's probably right and this is turning into the Halloween update

Okay, we have three differents Halloween Updates, with the Soldier robot costume on the last one, the first and the second being related to Silas Mann and Zepheniah Mann, not in order, the TOBOR_training_texture1 being recently readded to the game, the TO-BOR thing on Foundry, the photos and the map on Doomsday and Foundry, and the Engineer Update Comic, Loose Cannon. This might be leading to a robot training battlefield... Sounds interesting...
EDIT: I've found out that one of the Senators who interviewed Saxton Hale on the Poopy Joe death was called Mitchell Gray. This is leading to something beyond us...
The Poopy Joe files are more than just something fun, non-canon about Poopy Joe... We also have the photo with the third man missing... Also the Soldier can thing on Pyromania... It's something beyond our capability of doing such things... Those are dreams of sustained cruelty...

It's because equipping the capacitor and doing a high five taunt gives you an md5 hash that can sometimes point to a zip file in the tobor directory.
