Hey guys,
So it's been a while since I was on here. As some of you may have noticed, I've been finishing up congo. What have I been doing since I left? Mostly teaching myself how to make games.
I've made a handful now, so I wanted to go up and make something a bit more challenging/ambitious. I've been working on this game for about 4-5 months now. If I had to compare the game to something, it's kind of like a dark, 19th century Animal Crossing.
It's procedurally generated (if any of you guys are interested in PGC, I can do a write-up of how I coded my systems). It's my second foray into PGC.
Constables harassing a (potentially inebriated) homeless denizen.
HUD-less inventory system.
Constables dynamically investigating a murder scene.
Playable game of thimblerig.
I've coded a lot of the systems. I'm mostly refactoring and adding in new content at this point. If this kind of game appeals to anyone, just PM me an email and I'll you to the testers list =]
