Front Line Error

I have installed the Front Line pack and it is still giving me the error sings and not the proper texture. I extracted it into the custom folder and then I placed the model and the materials into the tf/materials part of tf. However, I did not put the particles folder into anything because I could not find the particles folder.

The whole Frontline folder containing materials/models/particles etc folders needs to be in tf/custom, like so:
