Ok, yes, I see now, it's all coming back to me. The zip file contains 6 texture files, 3 vmts and 3 vtfs at 1024x1024 resolution. The vtfs all rely on the alpha channel for a phong parameter, and from my use of it on zinkenite, I can tell you don't need it (plus with full compile shadows, phong shading doesn't really work like you want it to), so I will keep the model at 1024 resolution, but save as a dtx1 and remove the alpha channel and it will go from 1366 kb per texture to 513 kb per texture. Remember to only pack the texture/s you need! It's pointless to pack what you don't use!
