Feature request: Hiding my medals in threads

Hello, all. Well done on the forum software move.

I have a small feature request. I only have a Jam medal from 2016 and I'm not particularly interested in showing it off. When it's all on its own like it is, it looks a bit sad, and it causes a line break with mostly empty space which looks a bit daft.

I was thinking it would be nice to simplify matters and remove some wasted space by just opting to hide my medals on my forum posts. This is not an essential feature by any means and is just something which would be nice to have. Don't give it a second thought if it requires a lot of effort.

I'd love to do this but with the medals plugins be third party we can't touch it. The current options I have change it for every user on the forums so I'm a bit locked into what we currently have.
