Are you taking jpg screenshots? Open your console and type bind "f12" "jpeg" (but replace f12 with whatever your keyboard shortcut is if you want). Then hit that key. I think the default Steam screenshot thing is jpg too?

For me it finish by .tga
And my screens are on .jpeg files but still use more than 4 MB for no reason :/

What dimensions are these screenshots?

I downloaded it and had a look around. Have some screenshots and feedback:

• health and ammo directly outside the spawnroom
  
• This is very bright - I think most people use 40%?
  
• Sightlines
  
  
  
• All your ramps are very steep - generally try to keep to 2:3 (you might have used 3:2, I'm not sure)
• These are clipped, which makes walking over them a nightmare. Also, funky lighting
  
• These corridors are narrow, bright and steep. Widen them, replace 90% with 40%, and maybe turn down the lights
  
• There are barrels on Red side but not on Blu. Add them to Blu, otherwise everyone except sollies will hate this
  

Last is far too simplistic - there's one entrance, and the point is directly outside defender's spawn. Maybe move that round to above and behind the point and add another entrance from 2nd where it is now?
