Does anyone know why this metal grate is glitching and is no longer solid?

On my map, I have these metal grates on the floor but for some reason, all but one of them work perfectly fine.
As you can see in the image the one at the bottom looks to be solid metal instead of a metal grate texture while the one at the top works perfectly fine. Also, this one is not solid for some reason. I tried fixing it by copying a working one and removing the broken one, but for some reason the new copy didn't work. Also they are all func details.

Does the texture behave the same way if its placed on another random brush in the map?

For some reason I remember that texture being funny with func_detail. Try it as world geometry and see if that fixes it.
