difference btwn tf_cond_cannot_switch_from_melee and tf_cond_melee_only

    I didn't test anything yet, but I know that tf_cond_cannot_switch_switch_from_melee is from the steak sandvich which makes it so that they can't go back to primary or secondary weapons.

    is tf_cond_melee_only from PASS time? is this the melee only condition that many have asked for some time now?

    tf_cond_melee_only is actually from Doomsday Event, applied during one of Merasmus' curses. It automatically applies conditions 32 and 75 with it (Disciplinary Action speed boost and shrink player, respectively). I don't know exactly how the PASS time melee restriction is handled.
