Is there a way to detect what disguise a spy is wearing?
My idea is a door will only open if a spy wearing a certain disguise stands in front of it. Is there a way to do this?

Why would that be coded into the engine, exactly. What reason would Valve have to make that.
They wouldn't but im sure they'd have a reason to make a door only open if you have a certain model attachment on the player model e.g a hat.

The different spy disguises are different models, right? So, could you have the door sense a model?
