Detect a Spy's Disguise?

    Is there a way to detect what disguise a spy is wearing?

    My idea is a door will only open if a spy wearing a certain disguise stands in front of it. Is there a way to do this?

    There is not, no.

    More specifically, I'm not positive there is. But I'm fairly positive that there is not and I'd be VERY surprised if there was.

    Why would that be coded into the engine, exactly. What reason would Valve have to make that.

    They wouldn't but im sure they'd have a reason to make a door only open if you have a certain model attachment on the player model e.g a hat.

    WAIT JUST A MOMENT!
    The different spy disguises are different models, right? So, could you have the door sense a model?
    Disclaimer: I know as much about Hammer as I do about the philosophical effects of nuclear energy, which is to say very little. So any answers I give are probably 90% wrong.

    Unfortunately that's not how it works :p

    And technically the disguises are all the same model (just different textures).
