Custom particle packing into the map

I decided to use that custom particle in my map. I created manifest, and it is working fine in game, but only when the pcf file is in my tf/particles folder.
After I packed all other custom content, I manually added pcf and manifest into my map. Then when I boot map on server, players can`t see it, so do I. If i`ll put file back to tf/particles its showing up.
I suppose the problem is on my packing method, would like to hear any advice.

You're packing the particle into "tf/particles" and the txt into "tf/maps" within the bsp, whereas they should be packed into particles and maps without the preceding "tf" to match the rest of the custom files. As a general rule of thumb, you don't need to specify the game folder when packing custom assets
