ctf_chemic - An alpine chemical plant

Chemic is a CTF map, set in an alpine chemical plant!
This map is still in alpha, so all and any feedback is greatly appreciated.

This update brings:
*A building in mid has been reworked, giving snipers more space, as well as for more open gameplay
*Added a building outside of the main spawns

All and any feedback is appreciated!
