CTF Lunch - Nearly seven years overdue

Experimental sporty-ish take on invade, with a "kickoff" and post-score restarts.
This is not an attempt to improve the game mode, rather just a random idea I thought would be fun to try.

  • Blocked off underground to lower table connector; the pickups there have been relocated.
  • Shortened reset delay to 5 seconds.
  • Optimized the stairs.
  • Shortened flag timer to 1:30, may revert if the layout changes choke too much.
  • Extended wire fence on battlements.
  • Got rid of the railings at table.
  • Got rid of the bulldozer, replaced with new platforms at lower table.
  • Dimmed the sun a bit.
  • Reduced bloom.
