Construction Pack Won't Download

I tried to install the tf2 construction pack and it immediately closes the download page like the file does not exist. Any ideas why and how i can fix it?

Nevermind, I Just Clicked On It In The Inspect Bar

I'm guessing you were using Chrome. There is a lingering issue with http links where chrome rejects those type of links now and doesn't tell the user that.
