Cart can no longer be pushed

I've been following a tutorial by English Mobster on how to make elevators for a payload map. After loading up the results in TF2, the cart can no longer be pushed and instead just sits there. I've checked all of the steps against mine and cannot find anything wrong, however the cart can STILL not be pushed. All and any help in this matter is greatly appreciated!

Do u hav path tracks laid doun?
yes, I've got all the logic set up as well as path tracks lain down.
This appears when someone tries to push the cart:

yes, I have all of the logic needed set up... I have deleted nothing, only added the logic needed for the elevator.

This happened to me once. The problem was the trainwatcher entity. Check to see if it's behaving properly.

Which one? The elevator's trainwatcher or the cart's trainwatcher?

I've checked and the trainwatcher seems to be set up correctly; the settings and inputs/outputs are as they are supposed to be
