Hammer is trying to open the old TF2 exe, in hammer go to Tools > Options > Build programs > Game executable and find the new 64 bit TF2 executable in the same folder** Command: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\hl2.exe"
Not exactly sure what this is but if it is what I think it is try making a new vmf, copy pasting everything from the...* Could not execute the command:

I'll paste what it saidWithout any error messages, it's very hard to help. Did you follow the readme in the updated download? You have to install things under /bin/x64/ now.
