Actually that's really not that bad. (2.92 I think) which is almost enough for permanent rotation. (3.0)

I wasn't there but it is a koth (so that works against it a bit - not as bad as arena though) and it's still alpha. (I don't know what state it's in, but players tend not to dig dev tex). Then you can have one player bitching about koth when the round starts and other people get cranky... so many variables.

The demo will give you a much better idea of where it stands than the ratings.
