Borderline - Remake of a map I made over a year ago

This is an Attack/Defend map that uses the name and red spawn design from my previous map (ctf_borderline).

The map's point capping system functions similarly to degroot keep's. Red has to defend four control points: A, B, C, and D. A, B, and C can be captured by blue in any order, but all three points must be captured in order to unlock D. After D is unlocked, Blu has 60 seconds to capture it or all of the control points are reset. Point A is in a cave, Point B is in a large central building, Point C is in a smaller side building, and Point D is next to Red spawn. Blue has very little time to capture the points, but every time a point is captured a little bit of time is added to the clock. I've also made sure to shift the RespawnWaveTimes in favor of whoever has less control points.

-Changed from Degroot Keep logic to Gravel Pit logic
-Moved blu spawn 512hmu closer to the control points and made it bigger
-Fixed glass hole
-Attached the point C building to the central building and made the point C area generally smaller
-Fixed some sightlines
-Added new red building in front of blu spawn
