You mean the lost revenue that they don't get anyway because I wouldn't click the ads even if I did see them?

No, I mean the lost revenue because the ads don't display and then don't count towards the site hosting them. Technology has moved on, man. Some ad-networks are arranged to know whether the ad was ever displayed on a page, so blocking ads can directly reduce the money a site gets even if you never ever click.
