New Name, new Flank, Shorter Map

Self-explanatory, the map has a new name, new flank and is scaled down just a bit

CHANGES

Added Underwater flank that goes across to the other side
Shrunk down the map slightly
Added func nobuild to the water because sentries are cringe
Refurbished previous flank where the new underwater flank is located
Renamed map to koth_bathhouse

Lighting, Coloring, Optimizing and DISPLACING

Displacements have been added to the map, following great demand.
Lighting has been added, although calling it fixed might be untrue
Added a small doorway in the middle building due to displacements
Removed a tree to spite the lorax
Added a medium health pack inside the top part of mid
Added blockbullets to the fences on mid
The capture area is now indicated with tape
Fixed seeing the void on the underwater flank
Fixed geometry being misaligned on the submerged route
