Alternatives for VTFEdit

    Is there any good candidates for vtfedit? I remeber using some other tool program to creating transparent textures but cant remember what was it.

    If you have photoshop don't bother screwing around with the vtf exporter programs. The plugin is all you need.

    I beleive most imaging programs including photoshop and gimp have a vtf export plugin but answer me this, why do you not want to use vtfedit?

    There's a built in vtf editor with -tools but it's fairly abysmal.

    Alternative for VTFEdit?! VTFEdit is already the alternative to vtex.exe!

    But yeah.. it doesn't get much easier than the photoshop plugin, but be wary of the mysterious green tint it causes.

    Is there a way to force either one to take custom mipmaps? Because I know people have messed around with mipmaps making custom sprays.
