Increasing back clipping plane

So there's this render distance thing called "backclipping plane" and its annoying because the stuff that wasn't in range of this "backclipping plane" bubble won't appear ingame, i wanna know how to increase this bubble beyond its limit or disable it so everything appears ingame without having to worry about the "backclipping plane" bubble.

If it's a dynamic 'anything this far or beyond from you disappears', See if changing the 'far Z clip plane' keyvalue in the env_fog_controller helps.
If you instead mean a big red circle around your camera in hammer outside of which nothing compiles, that's called Radius Culling and can be disabled by pressing 'C'
