I'm considering expanding this into a multi-stage map, even though I've already gone into beta (I'd ideally develop the extra stages as seperate maps and playtest them individually at first).
I mention this because, as someone who's only played this map with bots (I'm not Balancing around that, don't worry) and as someone who's watched the demos, I feel like this map gets a bit stale after just a few plays. My conclusion from the last playtest was that despite RED never winning, enough people found it fun - however I sort of sensed that everyone's patience was wearing thin towards the end, and I think breaking up the action between different stages could help. If anyone who's played this map is reading this, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
I think this map could work as the second stage. Only problem is that I'm attached to the Spytech Red spawn :C
On another note, I'm thinking the flank right around to the point might need to be axed, since I just nerfed it but it might be too strong in concept alone and gives defenders too many things to worry about. Sure, nobody used the grate exit before, but at least the combat was more controlled and rhythmic.
I guess I could change it to an observation window with pickups instead of a dropdown so there's still a reward for Blu players making it past the window.
