I want to give a huge shout-out to our mods I think they did an exemplary job this past weekend. Especially given that I had a a family emergency and was very suddenly unavailable to assist. It is for that reason I was late in putting up the Gameday threads. But they are up now I do wish to apologize to all of our members across the pond. Plans for a European server have fallen through. The new Official TF2M server is located in Florida, which should provide playable, if not amazing pings. I will continue looking around for a suitable European base to use.

This was actually so successful, drpepper and I are considering doing something similar. Like a one time only Blue Light Special, where anyone can get a subscription for $1 per month. And really, who can't afford a whole dollar these days? Do think this is something you'd be interested in? Ummm... yeah. I foresee European players still having bad pings, and now the Western US will have less than favorable pings.

And you can blame me for that. Certainly not anyone else. I think managing a server was a bit too much work for me, since I do not have any experience with it at all.
