Two TF2 Apps at the same time

I was going to compile pl_borax today to find out what to fix, found some stuff, disconnected from the game in tf2. And went back to hammer, fixed what I wanted and the compiled again. Although... When you compile and already have a TF2 app launched, the game will come with a error saying, only one copy of the game at once or bla bla.

But that didnt happen. Hammer launched another TF2 app. And now non of them works heh. Proof!:

So has this happend to anyone else before?

This reminds me: I've always found it curious the icon used for TF2 by the program (taskbar and tab listing) is the TFC one and not the TF2 one.

Nice thought, although I do not own TFC. And that wouldnt work if I did, only 1 steam app at a time. And no, its not a cracked version of tf2.
