So,I've been (trying) to work on a PL map,and I was looking at something that could work as a stopper, but I only found a basic barricade and that pile or dirt-model-thing.

(props_forest/train_stop,to be exactly)

So I was thinking,since I can't EVEN OPEN Source,or Unity,or any super-complicatedprogram-thatletsyoumakemodels-andsuch toastertoastertoaster.

Maybe anyone is kind enough-ish to try and model it? please?

Long story short,I'm simply asking (plz) for something like this:

Either one of those is fine...

Maybe someone already made them,or they're already in the game... I might be that stupid... yyyyyyup.

try models/custom/train_bumper.mdl

With that in mind, it's collision is kind of blocky. So best to make it non-solid or use clip brush or similiar in it's place as a collision.

Dunno if I'm using it correctly... Maybe I'm that brainless. Well,It MIGHT work, yeah, maybe, who knows.

Still don't tell me THIS doesn't look better than "anything". Just saiyan.

The train bumper in your photo is for passenger and freight rail. The payload cart in TF2 sits on minecart rails, which are a much narrower gauge. I don't think the style of the bumper in your photo would fit a typical payload situation, unless your payload was actually a passenger train with cars, and it took place in a public railway station.

Oh well, guess the model I'm using should work now.

Still, maybe another type of "bumper" is a good idea... But yeah, that's for you guys,if you want, yadiyada.

Happy ending for everyone? Yes? xd

Reminds me of when I did some modeling for a small 3D printing company... Probably could take the average ratio, convert the gauges and dimensions. And maybe get one out in a week, fully textured and physics rigged... Maybe not the last one as I use maya, but who knows... And I will be listing the download as a maya file, so heads up.
