Here's a map in the circlejerk gametype. Both tracks share the same space, the goal is to rear-end the enemy cart.
TODO:
- remove rollback. pyros airblasting the enemy cart basically have a one-click way of pushing the cart back 10 feet.
MORE THAN DONE; Rollback now has a 5-second delay.
- increase push speed to compensate for above. (use old plr logic to do this)

- adjust spawn times based on your own team's cart position to reflect walk times

- use plr hud

- make less ugly (some sort of visual designation for tracks)
