You're using a ton of red textures and props on a blue building. The roof should be gray metal, and you shouldn't use that chimney or those lights.

Should? The only thing he should make is whatever looks good. It doesn't matter which theme or situation the props are generally used for.

It doesn't help the atmosphere if you use wrong props in wrong places.

Oh No! Looks like valve cant do that as well. Take a close look at goldrush and then tell me that.

Its a little thing called contrast.

Contrast doesn't look good here. Contrast draws the eyes to something that stands out, which in this case is the roof because red is the more prominent color. The chimney, and the lights, are pointing upwards as well, which will cause players to focus on it. If you want to use contrast as style, consider making the building more obvious than its roofing.
