I made 2 CTF maps before both of which tanked. One was "turbine_xl" and the other one was just plain too easy to defend. I think I might have gotten it almost right this time, as far as gameplay goes for maps of the first stage. The reflections are a little wierd but I find that to be common. Just be happy there are reflections. There's a few other things I need to do that I know of, but those are all detail-wise. Otherwise, the playtests shall display the best data.

It looks a bit big... But Maybe when 32 players are on the server playing this map it wouldn't feel like that...
otherwise I wouldn't have made a ctf map any better!

It does rather big, playtest may reveal that. But I love the architecture, especialy in screeny 3, just replace some of those light props, they're everywhere! So I will presume they are palceholders.

You need some signs for getting to the intel and getting to battlements (?) from spawn.

And just out of curiosity is your map (loosely) based off 2fort? The intel room and the ways to get to the intel heavily remind me of it.

Edit: You can build in the water as well. This sentry can get pretty annoying as it can target anyone who goes over the bridge. I wouldn't nobuild this, but rather figure a way of fixing it.

I could always make the water clearer or the channel a different size. As for it being based of 2fort, I tried not to make it too much like 2Fort, but I found it hard not to. It's definitely larger lengthwise, just not as much vertical space.

Yea I'll have to double the brightness on the lights then get rid of half of them.
