Hey! It's been a while. Found out some things I could do to this map to make it a little more fun to play I think?

My internet is down now, so I have
  1. Made the map and screenshots on my wired Ethernet only desktop PC
  2. Put them on a flash drive and then on my WiFi enabled laptop PC
  3. Made my phone a very low speed mobile hotspot
  4. Used that connection on my laptop to upload my map and screenshots very slowly
Anyways...

Changes in this update:
  • The payload carts are now honorary unicorns
  • Inverted the cart path so that you go uphill first, then downhill, then uphill for the final push
    • Should make it easier to defend?
  • The basement sewer area has been reworked to remove the 3000+ HU sightlines (lol)
    • Aldo made combat spaces there better maybe?
  • Added some cover around the upper mid area
  • Moved the cross-over point to the first mid area from the basement sewer area.
  • Altered the final capture area to give engineers a better place to set up
    • Final capture point is now a rocket in a ramshackle silo
    • Added a few hiding places for Engineers/Spies
  • Added better spots for Engineers in general
  • idk probably something else

I compiled HDR only for a1. Oops!

Changes in this version:
  • Compiled both LDR and HDR :)
  • Fixed water rendering in sewers at full brightness where it shouldn't
    • This is fixed by a func_illusionary on top of the water with a gradient black texture. Water in Source doesn't actually shade with respect to lighting. :)
  • Fixed clipping issues
  • Added cover in sewers and in rocket room to make gameplay more interesting and give engies, medics, and spies places to hide for safety
  • Made prop jump in upper mid easier by making the large box wider
  • Added stairs from the ledge outside of the lower spawn area to make it easier to retreat to spawn
  • Fixed some texture issues
  • Minor graphical improvements
  • Fixed some beams not actually connecting to the walls lol
