Fixed water rendering in sewers at full brightness where it shouldn't
This is fixed by a func_illusionary on top of the water with a gradient black texture. Water in Source doesn't actually shade with respect to lighting.
Fixed clipping issues
Added cover in sewers and in rocket room to make gameplay more interesting and give engies, medics, and spies places to hide for safety
Made prop jump in upper mid easier by making the large box wider
Added stairs from the ledge outside of the lower spawn area to make it easier to retreat to spawn
Fixed some texture issues
Minor graphical improvements
Fixed some beams not actually connecting to the walls lol
