updates are done for these props added toxic skin to the oil_barrel
removed the artifacts from the oil barrel texture cause of compression, the texture is bigger in size but its for the best.
made the oil text bigger
added an oil barrel. updated the toxic barrel animations to be cleaner.
added a lod for better performance.
made the texture size smaller to 1024, but included the 4k textures if people want them
