Sono's Pickup-CTF Prefab v1.1
Stopwatch CTF if you will
This is a prefab for my "Pickup CTF" mode, the goal of this mode is to provide a more cohesive gameplay experience for CTF where all members of the each team are working towards the same goal, making it far more competitive.
This is a 1 sided CTF mode where the goal is to outscore the enemy team, RED is defending while BLU attacks, BLU must capture the flag as many times as they can within the time limit, once the time limit ends, the teams switch and the other team must now attempt to outscore the previous team, the team that captured the most amount of flags when the time limit is reached for the second round is declared the winner.
Other notes: RED can block captures by standing inside the Capture Area, map design wise you want the capture area to be somewhere in the middle of the map, so RED team has the opportunity to contest a flag capture once it leaves base
This gamemode is still WIP so things like the fade in and out are all temporary, but it works for now, please let me know of any bugs!
Included with this prefab are three vscripts used to handle stuff like reseting the team scores and swaping team scores on the HUD, both of them are needed for the gamemode to function, so don't forget to pack them. Also included is a ctf_youmapnamehere_english file that explains the gamemode for the MOTD screen
