Looks like it was made in paint, which if it was that makes it great, (Lol, dat paint skill). It's not bad and looks like you tried a fair bit, keep working and not such a pro tip because I am not a pro, don't use a computer to draw (by hand) unless you got some fancy pad or tablet. Have fun and enjoy life as a box
