Mountain Edge - Stage 2 a12

- Added a new ''flank'' routes
- Added a pickup
- Added back the deadly water

- Removed a path
- Removed some stuff

- Changed the Train's arrival random times thingy
(to pay off this change, red's last spawn is moved away)
- Changed RED'S last spawn to be further away from the train area

- Some stuff idk lol (undocumented)

- RE-added the thing on last on the 2nd stage 2 layout ???

- removed a exit on BLU's First Spawn
- removed some stuff that is not needed
- removed the sign that tells that the water is "toxic"

- changed some of the BLU's first spawn
- changed stuff on A, B and LAST
- changed train's speed
- de_train should appear frequently in around 30 seconds (previously was around 60)

- fixed all the broken stuff

(this is not complete update list because idk, a lot i changed or something idk)
(no ss because i gotta do school first hehe)
oh please let me use LIGHT MODE!!!

it has door, requires BLU to Cap the Second Payload checkpoint to open the door, wow insane
- added MORE hazard tarps in rollbacks
- added a new Spawn Door for RED's first spawn
- added a trigger that only kills the RED Spy if he uses BLU Engineer's teleporter to teleport inside BLU Spawn (yes it's possible)

- fixed RED Mercs getting stuck on their Respawn Room when BLU Captured B
- you no longer get stuck above the train when you try to stand on top of the train
- removed some pickups

- 'Artpass', i only added 3 roof things
- nodraw fixes
- fixed ugly bridge lighting (hopefully)
- BLU will finally have forward spawn upon capping the Second Checkpoint (used to be not, it was needed to be triggered by a small hill or something idk)

- removed the halloween eyes, because i was bored at the time while i'm making the v2
